Dwain is gravely concerned that republican democracy in America is in dire peril of decline and eventual failure, and a Republican-controlled Texas is leading the way. Dwain believes we must reverse this downward spiral. He is motivated to run for this office — and to serve you — by a vision from his younger years when our elected officials went to work mainly for us and our families rather than monied special interests.
