Based on his attendance and speech at the January 6 pre-riot rally in Washington, DC and his filing of a bill in the Texas Legislature supporting the secession of Texas from the United States, the Kendall County Democratic Party (KCDP) calls for the immediate resignation of Rep. Kyle Biedermann (Texas House-73).

“Kendall County residents want to see productive action on issues such as more local control for counties to promote reasonable development; protecting our precious Hill Country environment and water resources; and improving access to rural healthcare,” said Laura Bray, Chair of the KCDP. “Instead, Rep. Biedermann has redoubled his fear-mongering and divisiveness. District 73 deserves better representation.”

KCDP guiding principles are “justice, respect, compassion, and diversity.” We fight for strong neighborhood schools, higher incomes, and an economy that works for everyone, not just the wealthy few. KCDP believes in a fair shot for all.
